Ingredients

  • 2 poblano peppers, roasted and seeded

  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked

  • 3 tbsp tahini

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Combine all ingredients into food processor and pulse until smooth
