I don't practice nor teach "quick-fix dieting," which is why I have carefully curated my wellness programs to ensure that my clients actually achieve their goals. Wai Lifestyle recommends the 6-month program because this length of time allows you to really transform your behavioral habits, steer off-course, and get back on track to a sustainable lifestyle. Together, we will work on accountability, creating balance, and looking at wellness with a whole new perspective.
Sustainable Changes
Healthy eating isn't about dwelling on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and counting calories, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our journey together. As these pieces come together, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your unique lifestyles.
