white bean dip

Super Bowl Sunday is approaching and we have an awesome dip for you and your guests to mindlessly dip into while you cheer your team on this weekend.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp thyme, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped

  • 2 cups cannellini beans, cooked

  • 2 tbsp, red wine vinegar

  • sea salt & ground black pepper to taste

  • Optional: paprika, red pepper flakes, white pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Stir and let cook for 2-3 minutes until garlic slightly browns. Remove from heat.

  2. In a food processor, blend contents of pan with beans, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. (Add in optional ingredients if using). Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve with your favorite gluten-free crackers or veggies!
