red miso carrots + radishes
A little miso paste goes a a long way, which means I’ll be having lots of miso-glazed dishes in my meal plan.
Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, minced
12oz radishes, halved
5 carrots, julienned OR 12oz baby carrots
1 tbsp red miso paste
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet w parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Loosely lay ingredients out on baking sheet. Roast for 30 minutes, flipping the vegetables occasionally. Remove from heat when soft and serve hot.
