This recipe is so simple that you won't be buying trail mix bars from the grocery store anymore. The main ingredients are: nuts, seeds, and eggs. That's it! I added in some dried cranberries for extra flavor, but you may omit this ingredient if you wish to make these sugar-free. You can also throw in some almond butter, 100% dark chocolate, and/or coconut flakes. The possibilities are endless with this recipe base!

  • 5 eggs

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 2 cups raw walnuts, chopped

  • 2 cups raw almonds, chopped

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup dried cranberries (optional)
