omega baked bars
Just a few simple ingredients baked in an oven will give you these healthy and tasty snacks filled with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
This recipe is so simple that you won't be buying trail mix bars from the grocery store anymore. The main ingredients are: nuts, seeds, and eggs. That's it! I added in some dried cranberries for extra flavor, but you may omit this ingredient if you wish to make these sugar-free. You can also throw in some almond butter, 100% dark chocolate, and/or coconut flakes. The possibilities are endless with this recipe base!
