Having trouble keeping up with a healthy “way of life”? Just like most people in this world, we’ve struggled with finding our rhythm within the world of health and wellness. It only took years for us to find our own, so please don’t feel alone if you aren’t exactly where you hope to be right now.

Finding your wai isn’t always the easiest thing to do. To some people it comes naturally, but to most, it only happens after a series of all different types of struggles. Our goal is to show you what it looks like to finally find your place in all of this – to find your wai.

So, what does that look like?

  • Being mindful of your health

  • Taking a real lunch break

  • Making time for self-care

  • Actually getting to your workout

  • Connecting with the people and the world around you

  • Loving all of you

  • Celebrating your culture/traditions

Is it always easy? No. Are there off days? Yes. Are there days where all you do is sit on the couch, watch movies under a blanket, and eat pizza? Yes. That is where we come in – to encourage you, to educate you, to help motivate you in your journey to leading a healthy life and feeling your best self.
