oyster mushroom stir-fry
Quick. Easy. Satiating.
Ingredients
avocado oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2 scallions, chopped (whites & greens separated)
3/4 lb oyster mushrooms, cleaned and separated
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Directions
Heat and lightly oil skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and whites of scallions. Stir and cook until scallions soften.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and let cook for 2 minutes. Remove lid and let cook until moisture evaporates. Serve hot and enjoy!
